This is just a rough schedule I started putting together last night:
Mar 25-Mar 31: 1 week of discussion on Platform plank inclusion & working--voting as you go. If any plank gets a clear overwhelming majority, it will be adopted. Apr 1-Apr 5: If needed, 5 days of additional discussion on any platform planks that did not have a clear majority support. Apr 6-7: 2 Days of voting for final adoption of Party Platform
Apr 8-14: 1 week of discussion & votes on Bylaws--voting/polling as we go. Clear majority = adoption. Apr 15-20: 5 Days discussion on Bylaw specifics. Apr 21-22: 2 Days of voting for final adoption of Bylaws Apr 23-25: 3 Days nominating, volunteering, campaigning for party offices (given limited size of our group, currently, and to maximize representation across the board, I recommend any person who chooses to participate that is not selected to fill a party office should be credentialed as voting delegates until the first convention) Apr 26-27: 2 Days Voting for Party Officers Apr 28: First Meeting of the National Committee: Assign/appoint sub-committee roles: spokeperson, media, outreach, volunteer coordinators, etc., Register for EIC, open bank account, register with FEC, set up fundraising method, etc.

I concur. We may be a little short of dedicated members. We should utilize anyone that's willing to chime in.
